3. Write testimonials. I will write a testimonial that portrays you in your best light while remaining true to your customer’s voice. 
4. Gain permission. I'll email the testimonials to your customers for their final approval. 
5. Request photos. I can also ask your customers for permission to include their photos on your website. Photos add another layer of credibility to your testimonials.
